You receive a limited number of free audits per account. After reaching the limit, you may continue using the Service by joining The Flagged Council, a recurring paid membership. Paid membership billing is governed by our Subscription Terms.
You agree not to: upload content that is not your own, submit harmful or illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, share your account credentials, or use the Service in any way that harasses or harms another person.
You retain ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the content solely to generate and deliver your verdict. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Mira's verdicts are generated content. We make no guarantees about accuracy, emotional impact, or relationship outcomes. You use the Service at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time through the customer portal.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
