These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of a paid membership to The Flagged Council, the paid tier of Red Flag Mirror. By entering your credit card information and completing checkout, you agree to every term below.
By providing your payment method and clicking the subscribe/purchase button, you authorize L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your card for the recurring membership fee stated at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, for each billing cycle until you cancel.
Membership billing is recurring on the cycle shown at checkout (e.g., monthly). The amount, currency, and billing date are displayed before you complete the purchase. You can review your active subscription at any time via the Customer Portal.
You can cancel your membership at any time through the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged again. No cancellation fees apply.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where an obvious technical error has occurred on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will not receive a separate renewal reminder for each cycle. To stop auto-renewal, cancel via the Customer Portal before the next billing date.
You must provide a valid credit or debit card (or other supported payment method). You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If your payment method expires, we will attempt to notify you and may pause your membership until a valid method is provided.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge per our payment processor's standard retry schedule. After repeated failures, your membership may be suspended or cancelled. We are not liable for bank overdraft fees resulting from retried charges.
We may change the membership price for future billing cycles. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Any formal disputes are governed by the laws of the state in which L.A.Z.Y. Entertainment is registered and resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
